Mother Of Pearl
A reasonable definition for Mother of Pearl is “a smooth shining iridescent substance forming the inner layer of the shell of some mollusks, especially oysters and abalones, used in ornamentation.” In our pursuit of authencity, we actually obtained a special environmentally friendly license in order to harvest the raw material needed to produce this unique material. The result is, we hope, a transcendentally perfect product for certain projects where a distinct design criteria is required. As an example, take a look for a minute at the unique reflective values that this material produces. We hope that the essence of pearl is clearly visible and viable.
